Job Summary
The Support Operations Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of cloud-based environments. This position is responsible for independently resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and conducting root cause analyses to enhance customer satisfaction. By leveraging expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform, the administrator contributes to operational excellence and continuous improvement in support processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Support For Kubernetes And Terraform By Troubleshooting Deployment Issues And Ensuring Efficient Container Orchestration Within Aws Environments.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Incidents, Utilizing Aws Cloud Formation And Eks To Implement Effective Solutions And Prevent Recurrence Of Issues.
3. Collaborate With Team Members To Update And Manage Knowledge Base Articles, Enhancing Documentation For Common Issues And Solutions Related To Linux And Aws Services.
4. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Employing Tools And Scripts To Automate Repetitive Tasks And Improve Response Times.
5. Facilitate Training Sessions For New Analysts, Sharing Best Practices In Cloud Infrastructure Management And Operational Support To Foster A Knowledgeable Team.
Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Kubernetes And Terraform For Container Management And Infrastructure As Code.
2. Solid Understanding Of Aws Paas Services And Eks For Deploying And Managing Applications.
3. Familiarity With Linux Systems And Shell Scripting For Automation Tasks.
4. Competent In Using Aws Cloud Formation For Infrastructure Provisioning And Management.

AWS Cloud Expertise: Experience with various AWS services, including EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, IAM, and CloudWatch.
Networking: Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, and network security.
Automation and Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively with other IT teams and stakeholders.
Other Requirements

1. Aws Certified Solutions Architect � Associate (Optional But Valuable).
