About the role CretikPanda builds and scales its own D2C e-commerce brands — and video is how we sell. We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who can own the editing output for our product ad campaigns, set the creative bar for a growing editing team, and turn raw footage into ads that actually convert.

What you'll do

• Edit high-performing product ads for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — built around hooks, retention, and clear CTAs
• Cut, grade, and finish at speed across multiple brands and formats (Reels, Stories, in-feed, Shorts)
• Build motion graphics, text animation, and effects in After Effects to elevate static and product-led creative
• Integrate AI generation tools into the workflow to produce more, faster, without dropping quality
• Review feedback and performance data to sharpen what works and kill what doesn't

What you'll lead

• Mentor and review the work of junior editors; set and hold the quality standard
• Build repeatable editing systems, templates, and SOPs so the team scales without you

You should have

• 3+ years editing experience, ideally on performance/social/ad content
• Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
• Hands-on experience with AI video/image tools
• A sharp eye for pacing, hooks, sound design, and what makes someone stop scrolling
• A product-marketing brain — you understand the ad is there to sell, not just look good
