Description and Requirements
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of customer communications by performing email quality reviews. This role primarily supports Regional Market, Small Market, Specialty Markets, and Small Business Solutions service teams, driving excellence in customer experience and compliance with quality standards.
Note - Current scope of work is limited Regional Market CSC service team and may expand in future
