The Manager – Strategic Manufacturing Projects is a hands‑on role responsible for identifying, executing, and delivering cost‑saving and productivity improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. The role works closely with plant teams and functional partners to translate cost‑reduction opportunities into implemented solutions with measurable financial impact.

This position is execution‑driven, with strong involvement in opportunity identification, data analysis, manufacturing site, procurement and supply chain ‑level implementation, and tracking of realized savings.

Work Experience

  • 3-4 years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or cost optimization roles
  • Demonstrated experience executing and delivering cost‑saving or productivity improvement initiatives
  • Experience working closely with plant operations or shop‑floor teams

Education

B.Tech in Engineering
