What makes the role meaty?


  • Lead and coach a team of recruiters across corporate and retail hiring, enable them to become trusted partners to business
  • Build and own hiring strategies for multiple business units, align with leadership on priorities, forecaste needs, and translate company goals into actionable hiring plans
  • Drive consistency and excellence by implementing structured interview frameworks, scalable processes and tools that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Influence and partner with leaders to shape hiring planning, role design, and talent decisions
  • Strengthen Licious’ employer brand by embedding storytelling, impact and our People Code into every stage of the candidate journey
  • Use data and insights to track performance, identify bottlenecks and continuously improve outcomes: whether it’s time-to-hire, offer acceptance, or pipeline diversity
  • Scale for the future by building robust talent pipelines, referral programs, and creative sourcing strategies across functions
  • Champion candidate experience by ensuring every interaction reflects our culture of respect, ownership and aspiration



We hope that you have...


  • 4 -10 years’ full-time experience in hiring preferably in start-ups / FMCG companies / FoodTech domain with at least 3 years in a people management role
  • Strong track record of leading hiring across multiple functions
  • Ability to balance hands-on problem solving with long-term strategy building
  • Comfort with data and tools, using insights to influence and drive better decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; influencing leaders while also being a coach for your team.
  • A self-starter mindset with the resilience to grow
  • Willingness to work in a 5 day work from office environment
