We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders while driving talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role combines business partnering and talent management responsibilities, ensuring that people strategies are aligned with business objectives and contribute to sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership teams to build a high-performance culture, strengthen employee engagement, enhance workforce productivity, and support talent development initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of HR practices, stakeholder management, employee relations, and talent acquisition within a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, workforce plans, and growth objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, organizational effectiveness, and workforce productivity.
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring timely and quality hiring across business functions and locations.
- Support manpower planning, workforce forecasting, succession planning, and internal talent mobility programs.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration discussions, and development planning.
- Collaborate with leaders to improve employee productivity, capability development, and overall team performance.
- Design and execute employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Address employee relations matters, resolve workplace concerns, and support conflict management processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
- Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring effectiveness, employee engagement, and productivity to provide actionable business insights.
- Support organizational change initiatives and help leaders navigate workforce transformation effectively.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering combined with Talent Acquisition responsibilities.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence people-related decisions.
- Experience managing workforce planning, recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and performance management programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution matters.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into business actions.
- Strong understanding of organizational development, succession planning, and talent management practices.
