We are seeking an experienced Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our enterprise applications team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, extensive experience supporting and enhancing CRM implementations, and a proven track record of delivering solutions across multiple projects. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to design, configure, customize, integrate, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
The candidate should possess deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules, along with hands-on experience in Power Platform technologies. The role involves understanding business requirements, translating them into scalable CRM solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring optimal platform performance.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support, enhancement, and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Work as a Dynamics CRM Support Consultant across multiple projects, ensuring smooth business operations and timely issue resolution.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security models.
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows, plugins, custom actions, and integrations.
- Build and support CRM customizations using Microsoft best practices and development standards.
- Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Utilize Power Platform components including Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies to enhance business processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues related to CRM functionality and integrations.
- Support data migration, deployment, release management, and environment maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, support procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Experience as a Dynamics CRM Support Consultant on at least two or more projects.
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customizations, and solution management.
- Extensive experience in CRM development, customization, and integration development.
- Strong knowledge of CRM security models, business process flows, and system administration.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, Azure-based integrations, and enterprise application connectivity.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform certifications.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale CRM transformation programs.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution architecture discussions.
