We’re looking for a high-energy SDR/BDR with experience in marketing agencies, performance marketing agencies, digital advertising, media, MarTech, or AdTech environments.

This is a pure hunting role focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline creation for enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate understands how marketing agencies engage brands, pitch growth solutions, and sell performance-led outcomes to enterprise clients.

You’ll work closely with enterprise sales leadership to open conversations with large brands and digital-first businesses for AI-driven, data-led marketing and engagement solutions.

Requirements

What You’ll Own

  • Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic account targeting
  • Generate qualified enterprise meetings and build top-of-funnel pipeline from scratch
  • Target and engage CXOs, Marketing Heads, Digital, Growth, CRM, and Performance Marketing leaders
  • Research enterprise accounts, campaigns, and business priorities to create personalized outreach
  • Position AI-led, data-driven, personalization, automation, engagement, and performance marketing solutions
  • Work closely with Account Executives and leadership on enterprise penetration strategies
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, outreach tracking, and conversion metrics
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, sequences, and outbound strategies

Preferred Background

  • 1–5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Enterprise Lead Generation roles
  • Strong preference for candidates from:
    • Performance marketing agencies
    • Digital marketing agencies
    • Media agencies
    • AdTech / MarTech companies
    • Growth marketing or customer engagement platforms
  • Prior experience selling marketing, advertising, growth, SaaS, AI, or digital solutions to enterprise clients is highly preferred
  • Exposure to outbound sales targeting enterprise marketing or digital teams

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in cold outreach, prospecting, and pipeline generation
  • Strong understanding of enterprise marketing ecosystems and agency/client dynamics
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable speaking with senior marketing and business stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset with strong execution speed
  • Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

AI & Solution Orientation

  • Basic understanding of AI-led, data-driven, or automation platforms
  • Ability to communicate business impact, ROI, engagement, and growth outcomes — not just product features
  • Curious and adaptable toward emerging AI, MarTech, and AdTech solutions
