About the role
- To achieve the targeted customers in your region or areas of operation & make us the best or No 1 company in your region.
- To ensure you gain basic expertise in neuro/maxillofacial/orthopedic to be able to sell the technology & also support in design finalization & keep learning too.
- To ensure proper timely daily field visits to keep constant touch with surgeons & also to find new surgeons & applications. Field visits are critical for a customized 3D printing business.
- To coordinate & communicate with the design team & surgeon for design finalization.
Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery of the product.
- To take due care of updating the Atulya software for all marketing-related activities absolutely in time.
- Create partnerships with hospitals & surgeons for constant business
- Timely payments & follow-ups for all orders as per company-established systems.
- Reaching out to seniors & mgmt in case of anything urgent & important so that the customer is not affected in any way.
- Timely reports being achieved
- Monthly sales/travel plan/budget by 25th of current month
- Weekly progress email every Saturday morning.
- New surgeons list in monthly sales plan.
- Timely updating expense report.
- Daily reporting to superior on daily plan vs achievement.
- Post outstation visit should send summarized visit report to management along with expected numbers.
- Creating awareness about company technology and company achievement with all existing customers.
- Ensure you should carry the DNI kit , TAB , Laptop while you are visiting to customer and daily 6-7 visits are must.
