Job Summary
The Senior Engineer in Support & Operations plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing On-Premise Active Directory systems. This position ensures the reliability and efficiency of client operations through technical support, troubleshooting, and implementation of enhancements. The role is key to aligning client requirements with operational excellence and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Troubleshoot On-Premise Active Directory Systems By Analyzing Issues, Resolving Bugs, And Implementing Enhancements To Ensure Optimal Performance And Compliance With Client Requirements.
2. Provide Technical Support To Clients By Managing Ticket Resolutions, Presenting Data Insights, And Conducting Daily Monitoring Of Client Requirements To Guarantee Timely Delivery Of Tasks According To Quality Standards.
3. Create And Enhance Documentation For Cmmi Processes And Client Requirements, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And Operational Guidelines.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers In The Team, Fostering A Culture Of Knowledge Sharing And Skill Development.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of On-Premise Active Directory Management And Troubleshooting
2. Familiarity With Cmmi Documentation Standards And Practices
3. Proficient In Client Support And Ticket Resolution Processes
4. Good Communication Skills For Presenting Data And Information Effectively
