Product Development Associate

Product Development & Category Associate (Gaming & Office Seating)

At Cellbell, we're looking for someone who is passionate about products, understands customer needs, and enjoys turning ideas into market-ready launches.

This role will be responsible for developing new products in our Gaming category while continuously improving our Office Seating portfolio through customer insights, market research, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and product improvement areas through reviews, returns analysis, customer feedback, and competitor research.

• Lead the development of new gaming chair concepts, variants, and related product categories.

• Drive continuous improvement of existing office seating products based on customer feedback and market trends.

• Create product briefs, feature recommendations, and development requirements for new products and improvements.

• Coordinate with sourcing, operations, design, content, and marketing teams to take products from concept to launch.

• Track product development timelines, priorities, and launch readiness across multiple projects.

• Monitor post-launch performance and recommend product enhancements based on customer feedback and business outcomes.

Who We're Looking For:

• 1–5 years of experience in Product Development, Furniture, Gaming Chairs, Office Chairs, Home & Living, Consumer Durables, or related categories.

• Good understanding of chair materials, upholstery, fabrics, foam, stitching, embroidery, trims, and product construction.

• Strong project management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to identify product opportunities through customer feedback and market analysis.

• Comfortable coordinating with vendors, sourcing teams, designers, and multiple stakeholders.

• High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail.
