Role Overview:
As an Associate Manager – Content, you will play a key role in designing, running, and analyzing content experiments on the platform. From onboarding new creators to testing new show formats, your work will directly influence user stickiness, session time, and repeat usage.
This role is ideal for someone who loves working at the intersection of content, product, and user behavior—and is excited by experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Your Role:
- Conceptualize, design, and launch original, fresh content IPs that spark curiosity and keep users coming back.
- Build out new content formats — series-based learning, micro-courses, shorts, interactive Q&A — then iterate on feedback and scale what shows promise.
- Run engagement and retention experiments across formats, tones, and storytelling rhythms, partnering with data teams to define hypotheses and track success/failure patterns.
- Document learnings from every experiment into a playbook for scalable content strategy.
- Identify and onboard new creators across domains relevant to Seekho's learning ecosystem.
- Train and guide creators on platform tone and quality standards, building long-term relationships that drive consistency, retention, and participation in new pilots.
- Track how content categories and formats perform, deep-diving into user retention metrics (DAU/WAU/MAU, repeat views, drop-off points) to understand what drives stickiness.
- Translate those user-centric insights into actionable recommendations for product and growth teams.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in content, creator management, or related fields (preferably in digital/learning platforms)
- Loves writing new ideas and storytelling which can captivate audience
- Strong understanding of user engagement metrics and data-driven content strategy
- Hands-on experience with creator onboarding, community management, or show production
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize new content formats
- Analytical skills to interpret data and translate into actionable insights (should be comfortable running DB queries on campaign & user data)
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
