Email Marketing Specialist
My DTC Guy
- Execute email and SMS marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue
- Manage segmentation, campaign builds, and automated flows throughout the customer lifecycle
- Analyze post-send performance (open rates, CTRs, revenue per recipient, deliverability) and apply insights to improve future campaigns
- Maintain and optimize campaign calendars to ensure timely and consistent communication across brands
- Personalize messaging using customer data and behavior to improve conversions and retention
- Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Tech teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo & Postscript preferred)
- Proven ability to build and optimize lifecycle flows and campaigns that drive retention and revenue
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies
- Copywriting and visual direction skills for high-performing email/SMS creatives
- Familiarity with popup and list-building tools (e.g., Justuno, OptiMonk, Privy)
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and clear, proactive communication
- A computer with dual monitor setup is required
- Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
- 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
