About the Role:


This is not your typical inside sales role. At Teabox, you will have the opportunity to help build and scale India’s first inside sales engine for Sammvaad while contributing to the growth of one of India’s fastest-growing tea brands.


You will do more than convert leads — you will influence how we sell, where we focus, how we engage customers, and what drives conversion. If you enjoy taking ownership, experimenting, and creating impact, this role gives you the opportunity to shape the playbook from day one.


As the opportunity grows, there may also be chances to step beyond the desk — meeting customers, hosting conversations, participating in events, and building stronger business relationships offline.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Own inbound and outbound sales conversations and convert qualified leads into customers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with strong follow-through.
  • Drive repeat purchases from existing customers and implement strategies to grow month-on-month sales consistently.
  • Track and improve key metrics including repeat rate, customer lifetime value, and monthly revenue growth.
  • Experiment with outreach, engagement, and conversion approaches to improve outcomes.
  • Identify customer insights and recommend ways to improve acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives and help shape incentive strategies.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and conversion targets.
  • Contribute to building scalable sales processes for future growth.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
  • Experience managing inbound and outbound calling.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow repeat business and achieve consistent month-on-month sales growth.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a target-driven and fast-moving environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
