What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Hunting down new business opportunities and walking into new doors — cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, whatever it takes.
- Setting up and showing up for client appointments — in person, on calls, wherever the deal needs you.
- Meeting clients face-to-face to pitch our Nice product range and close the deal, not just send a PDF and hope.
- Managing relationships with existing clients so they stay loyal and keep coming back.
- Being available beyond typical office hours when a client needs you — early morning meetings, evening follow-ups, weekend check-ins if that’s what closes the deal.
- Smooth-talking your way through objections — confident, persuasive, and quick on your feet in any conversation.
- Keeping your sales and client database updated so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Owning your territory/channel and being the face our clients trust.
-
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who’s comfortable being out of the office more than in it.
- A natural talker — confident, sharp, and able to build rapport instantly.
- Self-driven — you don’t need someone watching over you to get the job done.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Willing to put in the hours it takes — this role runs on results, not the clock.
