Job Title: GEM Structuring Associate

Location: Mumbai, India

Role Description

Part of structuring team and responsible for supporting deal execution, legal document review , pre-execution research, preparing RFP and credit memo.

Your key responsibilities

• Supporting in new deal execution which involves timely approval, coordinating with various stakeholders like CRM, MRM, BLAFC, Legal and Finance and resolving any queries which may arise
• Preparing business decks, assisting in credit memo and RFP submissions
• Assist business in legal document review to ensure these correctly represent commercial and legal terms
• Performing pre-deal background research which will help in decision making and approval
• Owning any day-to-day function which may arise as business requirement

Your skills and experience

• Preference for candidates who understand fundamental of financial markets and products
• Ability to interact with people from different businesses/disciplines acting consistently throughout the organization
• Flexible mindset to work under pressure in a rapidly changing business environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and inter-personal skills
• Exceptional time management skills, and proven ability to juggle competing priorities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
