Job Description
- Manage and supervise daily production activities to meet quality and output targets
- Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to optimise efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production techniques and reduce costs
- Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Analyse production data and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve organizational goals
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards
A Successful Production Head Should Have
- A degree in engineering or a related technical field
- Proven experience in radiator or heavy manufacturing & fabrication processes
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process improvement
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing
