- Alignment Control: Establish and maintain surface/underground control networks, benchmarks, and alignment for NATM (New Austrian Tunneling Method) operations.
- Data Collection & Processing: Conduct precise, survey measurements, including, pre- and post-excavation, cross-sections, and ring, build, monitoring using equipment like, Leica, Sokkia, or Topcon,.
- Documentation: Generate, as-built, drawings, volume, calculations, and daily/weekly progress reports
- Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers and, site teams to resolve alignment issues and ensure safet
- Mid-Level: Tunnel Surveyor (4+ years)
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using Total Stations (Leica, Topcon, etc.), laser scanners, and GPS equipment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in challenging underground environments, often in confined spaces or varied weather conditions
