Experience: 3-12 years Description: Job Description: New Business development: Generate new leads through various channels and identify prospects Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets Understand customer requirements and articulate a suitable solution Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline and forecasts Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Collaboration with technical team for technical discussions and demonstrations
Required Candidate Profile: Minimum of 3 + years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the CAD/CAE?PLM software industry. Experience in B2B Sales Experience in a complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Clear understanding of the CAD/CAE market and its key players. Self Motivated Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
