Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Kinaxis configurations. - Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Demand Planning ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with organizational goals. - Develop and maintain Kinaxis Sales and Operations Planning models to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. - Oversee the integration of Kinaxis Fundamentals into existing systems to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
Conduct regular assessments of supply chain performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Lead workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with the knowledge to leverage Kinaxis tools effectively. - Ensure seamless coordination between planning sales and supply chain teams to achieve business objectives. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions making adjustments as necessary to meet evolving needs.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance supply chain resilience and adaptability. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the reliability and security of Kinaxis systems and integrations. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain technologies to drive innovation. - Maintain documentation and reports on solution architecture ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications - - Possess in-depth knowledge of Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Optimization and Demand Planning with hands-on experience in configuring and deploying these modules. - Demonstrate expertise in Planning within the Retail domain showcasing a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions. - Exhibit proficiency in Supply Chain Management principles including demand forecasting inventory control and logistics optimization. - Showcase experience in Sales Planning & Execution with a focus on aligning sales strategies with supply chain capabilities.
