Depo Manager (Logistics Incharge)

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Depot Manager (Logistics Incharge) to oversee depot operations, inventory management, dispatch activities, transportation coordination, and warehouse administration. The candidate will ensure smooth logistics operations, timely deliveries, proper stock management, and efficient coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day depot and warehouse operations.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and maintain accurate records.
• Plan and coordinate dispatches to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Supervise loading, unloading, storage, and transportation activities.
• Maintain stock inventory and conduct periodic physical stock verification.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and field teams for smooth logistics operations.
• Ensure proper documentation of dispatches, receipts, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
• Monitor vehicle utilization and logistics costs to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain depot cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Handle manpower planning and supervise warehouse/depot staff.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and inventory reports.
• Resolve operational issues related to stock, transportation, and dispatches.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Operations or Logistics preferred).
• Additional certification in Supply Chain or Logistics Management will be an advantage.

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in warehouse, depot, logistics, dispatch, or supply chain management.
• Experience in agriculture, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or distribution industry preferred.

• Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
