Technical Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, quarry owners, and mining companies in the Maharashtra region.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for crusher plants, screening systems, and mining equipment.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to customers.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, and service for project execution.
- Conduct site visits, product trials, and installation support when required.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM reports, customer data, and sales forecasts.
- B. E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience may also be considered.
- 0 - 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in: Crusher Machinery, Mining Equipment, Construction Equipment, Industrial Machinery.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.
- Technical understanding of crushers, screening systems, conveyors, or mining equipment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Customer relationship management.
- Problem-solving and technical presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra.
- Valid two-wheeler / four-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Knowledge of Marathi / Hindi will be an added advantage.
