Serve as the primary coordination link between the design team, client representatives, PMC consultants, and end users, ensuring alignment on design expectations, approvals, and constructability requirements. Facilitate seamless communication to eliminate gaps between design development and site execution.
Provide timely clarification and resolution of design-related issues raised by the execution team, including drawings, specifications, deviations, and constructability concerns. Ensure that all clarifications are technically sound, approved, and communicated clearly to avoid site disruptions.
Regularly attend client and PMC meetings related to design deliverables, shop drawings, material submittals, and design changes. Present design solutions, explain technical intent, and support approval processes to maintain progress in line with project milestones.
Function as the Design Coordinator at site, proactively identifying potential design conflicts, RFIs, or interface issues and resolving them efficiently in coordination with the central design team. Ensure fast turnaround on drawings and approvals critical to construction progress.
Work closely with the execution and construction teams to prioritize and obtain critical approvals related to design, drawings, and technical submissions. Support site teams by aligning design outputs with construction sequencing, site constraints, and contractual timelines to facilitate uninterrupted execution.
