Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Production Trainee to join our LED Lighting Division. The candidate will support day-to-day production activities, assembly operations, quality checks, and process improvements. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in manufacturing, electronics, or LED lighting production.
Key Roles & Responsibilites
- Assist in the assembly and production of LED lighting products, including bulbs, tube lights, panels, street lights, and fixtures.
- Support production supervisors in achieving daily production targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions during manufacturing processes.
- Conduct basic quality inspections of components and finished products.
- Identify and report production issues, defects, or material shortages.
- Maintain production records and daily activity reports.
- Ensure proper handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in testing, packaging, and dispatch preparation of finished products.
- Participate in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. / B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields).
- 0–1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Freshers with a strong interest in LED lighting manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
