Job Summary

The HR Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations by implementing HR policies, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and records management
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and internal controls consistently across the organization
  • Maintain accurate HR data, employee files, and HR systems (HRMS)
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
  • Support employee relations by addressing HR queries and coordinating disciplinary or grievance processes
  • Generate HR reports and support audits, inspections, and management requests
  • Coordinate with recruitment, finance, and other departments for smooth HR operations


Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (industry dependent)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HR systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills
