Job Summary:

The Academic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the educational experience of students. This role involves coordinating curriculum delivery, supporting instructors, and ensuring academic schedules and resources align with institutional standards.

The Academic Coordinator acts as a bridge between faculty, students, and administration to address student concerns and maintain a productive learning environment. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills are essential to effectively manage academic operations and foster a positive atmosphere for students and staff.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all academic batches on a daily basis
  • Allocate students to batches as per batch mode (Weekday / Weekend)
  • Manage operational activities and the day-to-day academic lifecycle of the institute
  • Coordinate with faculty regarding batch schedules, lectures, and academic planning
  • Handle classroom arrangements, infrastructure coordination, and technical support
  • Coordinate with students and manage their complete academic journey
  • Address student queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain proper communication between students, trainers, and management
  • Demonstrate a problem-solving approach while handling operational challenges
  • Remain unbiased and maintain professionalism while dealing with team members
  • Implement new ideas and provide workable suggestions for process improvements
  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the management as required
Job Qualification & Skills Set
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Fresher or candidates with minimum 2 years of experience can apply
  • Mature, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
  • Positive attitude towards learning and handling challenging situations
  • Strong time management and coordination skills
  • Aggressive follow-up and multitasking abilities preferred
  • Candidates from the Education Industry will be preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and operational coordination preferred
