Global Vendor & Country Partner Opportunity – AI Egocentric Video Collection Project

Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Data Collection Vendors, Recruitment Partners, Country Leads, Community Managers, and Workforce Aggregators across multiple countries for a large-scale AI training data collection project.

Participant Device Requirements

Participants Must Own One Of The Following Devices

iPhone 11 or newer

Google Pixel 6 or newer

Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer

Residential Data Collection

Participants will record real-life household activities using a head-mounted smartphone, including:

Room organization and tidying
Dishwashing and kitchen cleanup
Laundry activities
Cooking and food preparation
Vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning
General household tasks

Commercial Data Collection

Participants Working In The Following Sectors Are Required

Warehouse & Logistics
Retail Operations
Hospitality & Housekeeping
Commercial Cleaning
Food Service (Back of House)
Manufacturing & Assembly
Construction & Skilled Trades
Agriculture & Landscaping

We Are Looking For

Vendors & Recruitment Partners

Access to local participant communities

Experience in crowd sourcing and field recruitment

Ability to manage participant onboarding and support

Capability to deliver quality at scale

Country Leads

Local project coordination

Participant recruitment and screening

Daily communication and reporting

Quality monitoring and escalation management

Participant Requirements

18+ years of age
Own an approved device (iPhone 11+, Pixel 6+, Samsung S21+)
Reliable internet/Wi-Fi access
Comfortable recording day-to-day activities using a head-mounted smartphone
Commercial participants must obtain workplace approval where applicable
