Job Description
The Deputy Manager for Store Operations in the Factory Outlet - Domestic Business is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of multiple exclusive brand outlets. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure operational excellence and drive business growth through effective management of store processes. The Deputy Manager will be tasked with maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service, ensuring that all outlets operate efficiently and profitably. This position demands a professional with strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, capable of managing inventory levels and financial transactions with precision. The ideal candidate will possess a global mindset and demonstrate exceptional business and commercial acumen, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and people excellence within the team. The role involves strategic planning and execution to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility through organized exhibition sales. The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for coordinating stock orders and ensuring timely replenishment to meet customer demands.
Principal Accountabilities
Monitor and manage daytoday operations across all stores ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processesbr Oversee stock levels and ensure consistent availability of products in all stores to meet customer demandsbr Ensure accurate and timely cash receivables management across all stores maintaining financial integritybr Uphold high standards of store presentation including housekeeping and store branding to enhance customer experiencebr Coordinate and manage the ordering of stock ensuring timely replenishment and optimal inventory levelsbr Lead and organize exhibition sales maximizing exposure and sales opportunities for the brandbr Drive the achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and execution fostering a resultsoriented environment
