- Building strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders and acting as a liaison between Customer, Jakson’s headquarters and the site.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts promptly.
- Ensuring the completion of documentation work and timely submission to customer
- Billing and Payment follow-up with Customer HQ at Guwahati.
- Coordinating with various authorities /department for approval example NHAI/Electrical Inspector/ROW/Land Issue/PWD etc.
- Proficiency in Assamese ( Language ) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
