Job Requirements

  • Building strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders and acting as a liaison between Customer, Jakson’s headquarters and the site.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts promptly.
  • Ensuring the completion of documentation work and timely submission to customer
  • Billing and Payment follow-up with Customer HQ at Guwahati.
  • Coordinating with various authorities /department for approval example NHAI/Electrical Inspector/ROW/Land Issue/PWD etc.

Work Experience

  • Proficiency in Assamese ( Language ) is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
