You will design, implement, and maintain robust IT systems to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations. As an Information System Manager, and services across multiple sites – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Execute IT strategy and implementation: Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across multiple properties, ensuring alignment with area, cluster, and corporate objectives in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services
- Enhance system performance and security: Monitor, diagnose, and adjust performance on LAN and network servers while managing upgrades, directory structures, and preventive maintenance to optimize security, compliance, and system reliability
- Resolve technical challenges: Identify and implement solutions to user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity, providing training and support to ensure a seamless technology experience.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements, including managing shared technology resources and backup procedures
- Lead technology projects: Assist with the execution of major system implementations, including workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal operational disruption
- Support hotel operations: Work closely with property management to ensure smooth IT operations, maintain critical site systems, and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
- Strong knowledge of hospitality systems and IT best practices.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
