The Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and profitability of multiple Purplle retail stores within an assigned cluster. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, managing store teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Performance Drive cluster sales and revenue growth. Monitor store-wise KPIs and productivity metrics. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets. Analyze sales trends and implement action plans to improve performance. Ensure execution of promotions, campaigns, and product launches. Store Operations Oversee daily operations across all assigned stores. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and retail standards. Monitor inventory management, stock availability, and shrinkage control. Conduct regular store audits and operational reviews. Ensure stores maintain high visual merchandising standards. Team Management Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and Beauty Advisors. Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions. Build high-performing teams and succession plans. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. Customer Experience Ensure superior customer service across all stores. Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalations. Implement customer engagement programs to increase loyalty and repeat business. Financial Management Manage store profitability and operational costs. Monitor expenses and optimize resource utilization. Track productivity and conversion metrics. Reporting & Analytics Prepare and present business reports to management. Analyze KPIs including: Sales Achievement Conversion Rate Average Bill Value (ABV) Units Per Transaction (UPT) Footfall Staff Productivity Inventory Accuracy
