Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager – Filed Services - Madurai
Experience Range: 3-7 Years
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
- Handling of branch warranty/post warranty complaints of all the LK Products
- Achieving Revenue Targets of Spares/Recurring Business and ASC ACB Spare Business
- Improving customer touch points by means of conducting Unsolicited Service Campaigns/Firstserve/In Plant Training Programs
- Improving the Effectiveness & Efficiency of Customer Experience of Madurai Branch (Call Closure Time, Net Satisfaction Score etc)
- inculcating safety culture within Team & partners to ensure zero accidents
- Co-ordinating with cross functions on improving product quality (Design/Quality/Sales/BD) based on field Input
- Knowledge on LV/MV Switchgear & IA products
- Vendor Management/ Experience in service sales(Spares/AMC/OMC etc..)
- Working knowledge of MS office
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms like SAP, SFDC preferred
- Inter personnel Skill
- Presentation skill
- Communication skill
Knowledge on LV/MV Switchgears along with IA products, good communication skills to handle customers (Internal & External), Electrical Safety
Educational Qualification:
Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech – Electrical
