Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager – Filed Services - Madurai

Experience Range: 3-7 Years

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

  • Handling of branch warranty/post warranty complaints of all the LK Products
  • Achieving Revenue Targets of Spares/Recurring Business and ASC ACB Spare Business
  • Improving customer touch points by means of conducting Unsolicited Service Campaigns/Firstserve/In Plant Training Programs
  • Improving the Effectiveness & Efficiency of Customer Experience of Madurai Branch (Call Closure Time, Net Satisfaction Score etc)
  • inculcating safety culture within Team & partners to ensure zero accidents
  • Co-ordinating with cross functions on improving product quality (Design/Quality/Sales/BD) based on field Input

Functional Competencies:

  • Knowledge on LV/MV Switchgear & IA products
  • Vendor Management/ Experience in service sales(Spares/AMC/OMC etc..)
  • Working knowledge of MS office
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms like SAP, SFDC preferred

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Inter personnel Skill
  • Presentation skill
  • Communication skill

Critical Skills Required:

Knowledge on LV/MV Switchgears along with IA products, good communication skills to handle customers (Internal & External), Electrical Safety

Educational Qualification:

Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech – Electrical
