Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Project Plan, Schedule and Budgets. Ensure that all projects are delivered
- Develop projects scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
- Lead and Manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Lead project planning session to set project goals, timelines and budget
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations and environmental regulations.
- Monitoring project progress and make adjustments to the plan as needed. Measure Project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders regularly
- Manage project documentation and records.
- Identify and implement process improvement for future project
- Manage relationship with clients and all stakeholders including third parties/ vendor
- Project Management: Strong Project Management skills including planning, executing, monitoring and closing project.
- Technical Expertise: In depth knowledge of railway systems and locomotive technologies.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Problem solving: strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Budgeting: Experience in managing project budgets and resources efficiently.
