JOB983 5+ Years 1 Openings AhmedabadMYCPE ONE is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and execute our end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive 360° digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across multiple digital channels.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and data-driven marketing leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, brand building, content strategy, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, marketing automation, analytics, and team management. This position will work closely with Sales, Product, Creative, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps, budgets, and performance KPIs.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and evaluate emerging marketing technologies and trends.
Performance Marketing
- Lead paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, ROAS, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Manage media planning, budget allocation, and channel performance optimization.
Brand & Content Marketing
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and digital brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop and execute content strategies including blogs, videos, webinars, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Ensure compelling storytelling that enhances customer engagement and strengthens brand equity.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Drive organic traffic growth through effective SEO strategies and best practices.
- Oversee technical SEO, on-page optimization, content SEO, and backlink development.
- Monitor search trends and implement initiatives to improve search rankings and visibility.
Social Media & Community Building
- Develop and execute social media strategies across key digital platforms.
- Manage audience engagement, brand reputation, and online community growth.
- Build customer advocacy programs and strengthen customer relationships through community initiatives.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
- Develop lead nurturing programs and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Analytics & Reporting
- Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks to track campaign and channel performance.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and marketing KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
- Present performance insights, recommendations, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including 4–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel digital marketing programs.
