Primary Responsibilities:
- Designing and building scalable data pipelines (batch & streaming)
- Data ingestion from heterogeneous sources (DBs, APIs, files, streams)
- Data transformation, cleansing, enrichment, and validation
- Designing dimensional models (Star, Snowflake, Data Vault)
- Writing efficient and reusable code with best practices
- Managing schema evolution and partition strategies
- Define data models, schemas, and storage strategies
- Usage of AI tools like Github Copilot, M365

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Solid hands on experience with ETL / ELT frameworks
- Knowledge of Azure: ADLS, Synapse, ADF, Databricks
- Knowledge of Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala)
- Knowledge of Apache Airflow / AWS Glue / Azure Data Factory
- Knowledge of Kafka / Kinesis / Pub Sub (streaming)
- Knowledge of DBT (for transformations)
- Knowledge of Python (primary): data processing, automation, APIs
- Knowledge of SQL (Advanced): window functions, optimizations, complex joins
- Working knowledge of Scala / Java
- Usage of AI tools like Github Copilot, M365
