6 to 10 Years of Working Experience
Minimum 6 Years of working experience in Microsoft Windows Servers , Azure and Systems engineering, product deployment
Required Certification : Azure ,Microsoft Windows Server, AI, ITIL

Job Description and Mandatory Skills
Willing to work in 24x7 shifts, adjust schedule for deployment events, maintenance windows, and Change Controls, with knowledge of Data Center operations and vendor handling
Experience supporting highly-available, cross-enterprise applications on large global networks, including application administration, architecture, deployment processes, and remote hardware/software monitoring
Good troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation, including data/message flow troubleshooting in high-volume, zero-loss environments
Ability to work on complex problems requiring interdisciplinary collaboration, working independently with limited supervision as well as part of a cross-functional team
Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities and deadlines
Proactive, self-driven approach with ability to take initiative and deliver results in a culturally diverse, global enterprise environment
Excellent written, oral, and email communication skills in English are mandatory, with the ability to articulate clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and culturally diverse global environments

Experience with common system administration tools, Networking and Load Balancers for traffic management and troubleshooting
Logic Monitor, ServiceNow, ITIL
Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for cloud monitoring, telemetry, diagnostics and performance tracking
Core Services (Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Resource Groups)
Identity & Security (Azure AD/Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault),Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
IIS administration including Application Pool management, logging, performance tuning, bindings, host headers, virtual directories, and web application deployment and configuration
Windows Failover Clustering, cluster-aware services and applications, SSL Certificate management (installation, renewal, binding, store management, private key permissions, lifecycle monitoring), PKI understanding
Event Log analysis, performance monitoring and tuning using PerfMon, Resource Monitor, Task Manager
PowerShell scripting for server administration, scheduled tasks, and automation workflows for operational efficiency
Application deployment automation, CI/CD pipeline integration and implementation, continuous delivery processes
Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, automated alerting, reporting, and process optimization
Prompt engineering skills for AI-driven generation of scripts, configurations, and documentation enhancement
Log summarization and analysis, runbook automation, and incident triage support using AI tools
Awareness of privacy, data handling, and security considerations when using AI tools in enterprise environments
Responsibilities
Application Centric : Responsible for the configuration, installation, upgrades, performance monitoring, security, and continual improvement of our servers and applications.
Application Centric : Responsible for supporting our systems and applications, including Microsoft SQL Servers, SSL Cert, IIS, Clusters.
Application Centric : Responsible for deployment of new solutions by following documented processes.
Monitor and resolve the issues proactively.
Responsible for continuous improvement and enhancement of applicatoin and Azure/Windows related services.
Analyze technical and business needs and recommend solutions
Maintain positive relationships with client, end users and vendors, and consultants.
Maintain current working knowledge in the area of systems and hardware, and incorporate new developments into the future systems of the enterprise
Should be working with Development Teams to provide support and feedback for troubleshooting application/deployment issues.
Azure PaaS: App Services and Azure Functions deployment and configuration
CI/CD for Azure: Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions pipelines for app deployments
Governance & Cost Management: Azure Policy, resource tagging, management groups, Cost Management
Automation & Scripting: Azure CLI, PowerShell (Az module), Logic Apps, Automation Runbooks
Monitoring & Observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, alerts/dashboards
Should be able to Use AI/LLM tools to assist daily tasks
