Experience:

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role
- Fluent English communication is mandatory (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and customers
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience interacting with domestic and international customers
- Basic knowledge of CRM or support management tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
