Job Description
Title: Functional Trainer – MetricStream University
Job Location: - Bengaluru
MetricStream University (MSU) training and certification services enable rapid and increased adoption of the MetricStream GRC Apps and Platform capabilities in customer organisations and enable partner teams to have more deployment-ready resources for MS Apps.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver functional trainings on MetricStream applications to customers, partners, and internal teams.
Understand customer learning requirements and customize training content accordingly.
Conduct instructor-led trainings, virtual sessions and boot camps.
Experience in developing functional training courses, learning paths, certification content, and role-based training programs for GRC applications and business processes.
Create and maintain high-quality training materials including presentations, user guides, demos, videos, and certification content.
Work closely with product, consulting, and support teams to stay updated on new features and releases and understand on customer use case.
Utilize AI tools and modern content creation platforms to enhance learning content, improve productivity, and develop engaging training experiences.
Support training assessments, certifications, and learner enablement activities for partners & customers.
Act as a functional SME for various GRC modules and business use cases.
Skills and Experience
- Strong functional knowledge of GRC domains such as Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Policy, Vendor Risk, or Incident Management.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working on MetricStream applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with confidence in engaging global audiences.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Experience in content development including PPT creation, documentation, videos, and learning materials.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, presentations, documentation, video generation, and productivity enhancement.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
- Willingness to travel for customer and partner trainings when required.
