Job description
- To Develop and ensure implementation of Equipment Reliability strategies (including Predictive & Preventive maintenance)
- Development of job plans (planned maintenance, condition monitoring, and operator rounds/basic care activities)
- Demonstratable experience working in maintenance and understanding the principles of a CMMS.
- Development of task lists, Development of work instructions, understanding, and development of equipment criticality
- Experience with development and deployment of work management systems (SAP PM)
- To ensure timely completion of required strategy by follow-ups with plant Reliability & Maintenance team
- Process and Equipment data collection like PFDs, P&IDs from Hardcopies and softcopies into an import spreadsheet.
- Study the FMEA output and use it for strategies development
- Experience in equipment's such as Pumps, seal systems, compressors, reactors, heat exchangers, Fin fan coolers, oxidizer packages, Field instruments, Electrical equipments etc.
- Knowledge of ASME/ API codes, CMRP /CRE certification would be an added advantage.
- Experience in criticality assessment for system and equipment
- Qualification Required -BE/ BTech in Mechanical/ Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering
