Commercial Project Manager

- Manage all commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of project financials in SAP in compliance to Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP.
- Monitor and control project costs, revenues, and profitability.
- Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews with financial insights and variance analysis.
- Monitor and optimize project cash flow, including forecasting and planning.
- Manage receivables and follow up on outstanding debtors to ensure timely collections.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance requirements, including EXIM and site-specific regulations.
- Support audits and internal reviews with complete and accurate documentation.
- Partner with Project Managers in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customer commercial teams to resolve financial and contractual issues.
- Support contract setup, claim management, and risk/opportunity evaluation.
- Assist in evaluating and onboarding subcontractors and partners.
