Project Financial Execution & Controlling:

  •   Manage all commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects.
  •   Ensure accurate and timely recording of project financials in SAP in compliance to Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP.
  •   Monitor and control project costs, revenues, and profitability.
  •   Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews with financial insights and variance analysis.
  •   Monitor and optimize project cash flow, including forecasting and planning.
  •   Manage receivables and follow up on outstanding debtors to ensure timely collections.
  •   Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance requirements, including EXIM and site-specific regulations.
  •   Support audits and internal reviews with complete and accurate documentation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  •   Partner with Project Managers in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities
  •   Communicate effectively with customer commercial teams to resolve financial and contractual issues.
  •   Support contract setup, claim management, and risk/opportunity evaluation.
  •   Assist in evaluating and onboarding subcontractors and partners.
