Your activities

  • Process Ownership
  • Own and manage end-to-end SCM processes in D365:
  • Procurement & sourcing
  • Inventory management
  • Warehouse management
  • Production / Planning (basic exposure)
  • Ensure standardization of processes across plants
  • Implementation & Rollout Support
  • Participate in D365 implementation / rollout activities:
  • Requirement gathering (FRD preparation)
  • Fit-gap analysis
  • Configuration validation
  • UAT support
  • Work closely with consultants and internal teams during Go-Live & stabilization
  • Business Process Alignment
  • Map manufacturing processes to D365 system functionality
  • Identify gaps vs. AX / legacy system and propose improvementsEnsure system usage aligns with defined SOPs and audit requirements
  • Issue Resolution & Support
  • Act as functional SPOC for SCM-related issues
  • Perform:
  • Root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Incident resolution / coordination with technical team
  • Ensure minimal business disruption
  • Data & Compliance
  • Ensure quality of master data:
  • Items, vendors, warehouses, BOM-related data
  • Drive compliance with:
  • GST / statutory requirements (India-specific processes)
  • Internal audit controls
  • Training & User Adoption
  • Conduct user training sessions for business teams
  • Create SOPs, process documents, and training materials
  • Ensure strong adoption of D365 processes across departments
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify automation opportunities and process optimization areas
  • Work on enhancements, change requests, and system improvements

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O will be an added advantage
