Semi-qualified CA with3 -4 years of experience in direct tax, litigation support, or private client services, preferably with a reputed CA firm, Big 4, or family office practice.
Position Summary
Support tax, regulatory, and family office assignments for HNI/UHNI families, trusts, and investment entities. The role includes tax compliance, litigation support, research, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support tax advisory, research, and structuring assignments.
- Prepare tax returns, computations, and compliance trackers.
- Assist in notices, assessments, appeals, and litigation documentation.
- Support FEMA and regulatory filings and related research.
- Assist in trust, estate, and succession planning assignments.
- Coordinate with clients, advisors, and internal teams.
- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and technical updates.
- CA Intermediate / Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant - Mandatory
- 3-4 years of experience in Direct Tax, Tax Litigation, Private Client Services, or CA firms.
- Additional qualifications such as LL.B., CS, or International Taxation are an advantage.
