Purpose of the role
To deliver seamless end-to-end customer experience by managing bookings, coordination, and customer interactions within the Maersk environment, ensuring accurate execution of services, effective issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- You will be Responsible for:
- Freight Forwarding experience with Manage customer interactions across channels including handling queries, cases, and service requests
- Create and manage bookings, ensure accurate rate checks, billing, and documentation
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and support end-to-end shipment execution
- Drive customer onboarding, relationship management, and service excellence
- Handle contract-related activities and resolve disputes in a timely manner
- Ensure clear and professional communication with customers and stakeholders
- Support administrative and operational tasks to enable smooth day-to-day processes
- Follow standardized processes while exercising judgment to resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases when required
Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English with good communication skills.
