Job Description: Head of Sales – Della Township (Raipur)
Position Overview
Della Townships is seeking a dynamic, high-performing Head of Sales to lead the commercial launch and sales operations for our ultra-luxury, themed integrated township project in Raipur (featuring Private Residences & Racecourse/Polo Club themes).
This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue, building a high-end sales vertical from scratch, and managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and premium corporate buyers. The ideal candidate will come with a proven track record of selling premium emotions, lifestyle upgrades, and high-value assets rather than just physical square footage.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Design and execute the core sales strategy, phase-wise launch plans, and pricing frameworks for the premium private residences and villa plots in Raipur.
  • Drive the project’s revenue goals through direct sales, high-net-worth networks, and premium channel partners.
  • Convert abstract luxury concepts (hospitality-led living, wellness ecosystems, and themed amenities) into highly compelling pitches.
2. Team Building & Operations
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing luxury sales team in Raipur. Set clear KPIs and cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, pipeline management, CRM accuracy, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure lead generation campaigns align with high-end sales targets.
3. Customer & Network Relationship Management

Job Expectations:

  • Personally manage relationships and close deals with VIP buyers, business families, and corporate leaders in Central India.
  • Establish and scale a strong network of elite channel partners, property consultants, and wealth managers.
  • Ensure a flawless, 5-star consumer experience from the initial site visit through to final booking and documentation.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Experience Requirements
  • From Luxury Real Estate: A proven history of heading or driving high-volume sales for premium townships, branded residences, or ultra-luxury villas.
  • From Luxury Automobile: Experience as a General Manager, Sales Head, or Premium Branch Head for a Tier-1 luxury car brand, with a strong grasp on managing elite customer relationships and luxury product positioning.
Skills & Core Competencies
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology in the premium and ultra-luxury sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and high-stake closing skills.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing sales teams and driving accountability.
  • Familiarity with the Central India / Raipur HNWI market landscape is highly advantageous.
