Join our team as a Corporate Employee Banker- Mobile Sales Force in Intl Wealth Premier Banking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing new accounts from corporate base and meeting New-To-Bank Targets
- Selling banking products like Home Loans, Personal Loans, Cards, and Premier services and services to potential customers
- Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
- Handling customer-related problems and complaints
- Being able to work individually or in a team
- Always comply to HSBC rules
- Develop a collaborative environment with all members of sales team
Qualification & Desired candidate
- Graduate/ Post Graduate (Masters)/ MBA
- Min 2years experience as sales force in financial industry
- Financial literate with wide understanding on bank’s product range asset, liabilities and investment
- Ability to analyze customer financial needs and design and offer suitable bank’s product to meet their financial
- Has interpersonal communication skill including negotiation and salesmanship for effective selling
- Result oriented but always demonstrate customer centricity behavior when delivering the work
- Able to communicate well in English and local languages
