- Offer guidance on site improvements, layout, and compliance with brand standards.
- Address franchisee concerns and provide solutions to ensure a successful setup.
- Ensure that potential and existing franchise locations comply with company standards and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits of franchise locations to verify adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Present findings and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing support and communication.
- Act as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate team to address issues and facilitate effective communication.
- Ensure franchisees feel valued and supported throughout their partnership.
- Proven experience in site evaluation, market research, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the franchise industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
