Sales Manager - LAP(Nagpur)

Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our Sales team in the Nagpur region for our LAP (Loan Against Property) product. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for LAP products in the Nagpur market.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and expand the company's market share in the LAP segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively and optimize resource allocation.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically with Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nagpur market and customer base for financial products.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
