Role Description The Chemistry Faculty will deliver high-quality classroom teaching to students preparing for board examinations and competitive exams, with a primary focus on Chemistry and related scientific concepts. This full-time, on-site role in Hubli involves planning and conducting engaging lectures, demonstrations, and problem-solving sessions aligned with Avanti’s curriculum and teaching philosophy. The Chemistry Faculty is expected to maintain high academic standards, foster a supportive learning environment, and contribute to continuous improvement in teaching practices and student outcomes.
Qualifications

  • Strong subject-matter expertise in Chemistry, with a solid grasp of core concepts and applications.
  • Proficiency in Chemistry, including problem-solving skills relevant to board and competitive exam syllabi.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline; higher qualifications are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated classroom teaching experience, preferably in JEE, NEET, CET, or board exam coaching environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
