Job Responsibilities :
n Area Sales Manager (ASM) for retail is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across geographic territory. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, managing and motivating the local sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. Key duties include analyzing sales data, managing inventory and store performance, ensuring brand consistency, and reporting on market trends to higher management.
Key responsibilities
- Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed regional sales targets.
- Team management and motivation: Lead, coach, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives and store managers to achieve individual and store-level goals.
