Your impact
Lead – Piping Design & Layout / Sr. Engineering Manager
Extensive experience in Piping Design & Layout , including space planning, plot plans, equipment layouts, and plant layout engineering .
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in PV Solar, Electronics Lab, or Semiconductor projects .
Strong expertise in FEED, Detailed Engineering, Cost Estimation, MTO coordination, and multidisciplinary project execution .
Hands-on experience with S3D, Plant 3D, Navisworks, and SPR .
Proven ability to lead Piping Engineers & Designers , manage schedules, productivity, and project delivery.
Experience in client management, vendor coordination, technical reviews, and package management .
Strong knowledge of Safety in Design (SiD) and cost-effective piping solutions.
Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects/sectors and drive technical excellence.
Here's what you'll need
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Experience in Space Planning, Layout Development, and Tool Hookups for PV Solar/Semiconductor projects
Knowledge of Specialty Gas, Chemical Systems, Gas Yard Layouts (PESO/SMPV) , piping materials, and supports
Experience in manpower planning, man-hour estimation, project scheduling, and interdisciplinary coordination
Strong client-facing skills, including model reviews, presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder management
Ability to manage scope changes, budgets, quality, and zero-defect project delivery
Excellent communication, reporting, and team collaboration skills
Prior experience in Semiconductor and Renewable Energy projects preferred.
